Website Design Recreational Summer Camp

Camp Henderson is a summer camp located in upstate NY with a full capacity of well over 1,500 campers. They are one of the most professional and active non-profit youth camps in the New York region.

A fully accredited camp by both New York State and the Boy Scouts of America Located near Onteonta and Cooperstown have provided quality camp experiences for many decades.

Web Design Project Scope

Catskill Web Site Design developed a plan for a website complete website design to help the camp with slumping attendance in an increasingly competitive market. The goals of the website were simple to provide an effective marketing tool, online resource for their campers, to attract new campers & scout units for summer camp and to increase the usage of the camp in the non-summer season. Additionally the site was to provide information to parents of campers to help answer the hundreds of questions that the staff would normally get via phone, in turn reducing workload.

After a complete analysis of the of the market it was decided that a site design would benefit the organization greatly.
