Web Design Project Scope
Moore's Motel & Resort is located in upstate NY in the beautiful Catskill Mountains. They host visitors year-round that come for the world-class skiing and snowboarding to warmer weather pursuits like golfing, hiking, mountain biking, tubing and fishing.
Catskill Web Site Design developed a plan for a complete website design to help the motel compete in an increasingly competitive market. The goals of the website were simple, to provide an effective marketing tool & online resource for tourists to the Catskill Mountains., Additionally the site was to provide information to tourists and guests to help answer the hundreds of questions that the staff would normally get via phone, in turn reducing workload.
After a complete analysis of the of the market it was decided that a site design would benefit the organization greatly.
Project Implementation
After the decision was made to go ahead with the design we started out with the first step we take with every web site we design. We worked with the hotel staff to flesh out and craft an effective site mission and site goals.
The project offered the organization a design with interactivity for both the casual visitor looking for information.

Post Launch Results & Performance
Visits - Today the site enjoys good targeted traffic & has become an effective marketing and information tool.
